What I offer
- Initial consultation – 60 minutes for $150
- Follow up sessions- 30 minutes for $70
- Telehealth services only
- Working solely with clients in NJ at this time.
- I’m currently not accepting insurance. However, I can provide a superbill (an itemized invoice) for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. This way, you can still benefit from my services and possibly get reimbursed by your insurer!

How to Book:
Email me at jillianbuckleynutrition@gmail.com to schedule your consultation. I’ll send you a link to my calendar where you can choose a time that works best for you.
Before Our Appointment:
Once your appointment is booked, I will provide you with a nutrition assessment form and a 3-day food log to complete. These documents will offer crucial background information to help me prepare thoroughly for our session. Additionally, I will send you several consent forms to sign, including HIPAA, Financial Agreement and Office Policies, and Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability.
Lastly I’ll send you an invoice for payment. If needed, I can also provide a superbill for potential insurance reimbursement.
During Our Appointment:
It’s time for our consultation! During our scheduled call, we’ll start by getting to know each other better. We’ll review your health background, discuss your goals, and address any nutrition-related questions you have. I’ll provide you with simple and actionable steps to help you achieve your health objectives.
After Our Call:
Following our consultation, I can provide you with a general meal template to help you better understand how to apply what we learned during the call.
Cancelation Policy
Cancel 24 hours in advance for full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive an 80% reimbursement. No shows will not be eligible for reimbursement.
